Leading HVAC and Heating Company Acquired Lankford Mechanical, Inc. (LMI)

Houston, Texas (Marketwire) – March 11, 2010 – Custom Air Products & Services, Inc. (CAPS) is pleased to announce that we have entered into a definitive acquisition agreement with Lankford Mechanical, Inc. (LMI), a leading provider of Building Automation Systems and HVAC Services.

This acquisition with LMI, based in Houston, Texas, further strengthens our position in the HVAC market. The combination of LMI’s Building Automation Systems and Services in combination with our Custom Manufacturing and Servicing of HVAC will provide our clients with greater opportunity of a one stop shop.

This transition is also expected to result in greater efficiencies and significantly increase our market share.

As with all important business decisions, we will work closely with our clients, partners and employees to make the process as smooth as possible.
