HVAC Technician

Maintains HVAC Equipment by maintaining, servicing an diagnosing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment; maintaining records.
Duties:
     Performs service calls and maintenance calls scheduled by dispatcher, writes out service tickets, maintains truck inventory;
    must be able to read drawings, and blueprints, work well with a team setting.
     Maintains HVAC systems by diagnosing, repairing/replacing compressors, condenser motors, evaporator motors, metering
    devices, temperature and humidity controls, fans, control panels, switches, fuses, filters, gauges, ducts, piping, tubing,
    and related components; completes power connections.
     Tests and repairs HVAC systems by operating the systems; identifying malfunctions; repairing or replacing, parts,
    and components.
     Keeps tools and equipment operating by following operating instructions; performs troubleshooting on breakdowns;
     maintains supplies; performs preventive maintenance; places calls for repairs.
     Documents actions by completing equipment records.
     Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations.
     Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading technical publications.
     Accomplishes maintenance and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

Pipe Welder / Fitter

The following list represents major duties required and is not intended to exclude duties routinely required of this position.
Duties:
    Documents actions by completing records such as job orders or time sheets.
    Solves problems by gathering information and evaluating options.
    Certified pipe welding to include carbon steel and copper skills. Installs piping by measuring,
    cutting, bending, shaping, fabricating, threading, soldering, and gluing pipe using hand tools and equipment.
    Is attentive to the needs of customers. Responds quickly and competently to customer requests.
    Aware of basic safety issues. Follows safety procedures and maintains a safe work environment.
    Keeps tools and equipment operating by following instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns;
     maintaining supplies; performing preventive maintenance.
    Plans work by studying blueprints, diagrams, specifications, and construction; calculates, itemizes, orders
     and gathers requirements; coordinates schedule with affected departments.
