Account Executive/Sales
Sheet Metal Installation Technician
Plans, measures up, lays out, fabricates, assembles, installs, and
repairs sheet metal parts, equipment, and products by performing the following duties.
Duties:
Reads and interprets blueprints, sketches, or product specifications to determine sequence and methods of fabricating, assembling, and installing sheet metal products.
Selects gauge and type of sheet metal such as galvanized iron, copper, steel, or aluminum, or nonmetallic material such as plastics or fiberglass, according to S.M.A.C.N.A. specifications.
Lays out and marks dimensions and reference lines on material to develop and trace patterns of product or parts, or uses templates.
Sets up and operates fabricating machines such as shears, brakes, presses, forming rolls, and routers, to cut, bend, block and form, or straighten materials.
Shapes metal material over anvil, block, or other form.
Trims, files, grinds, deburrs, buffs, and smooths surfaces.
Welds, solders, bolts, rivets, screws, clips, caulks, or bonds component parts to assemble products.
Installs assemblies in supportive framework according to blueprints.
Inspects assemblies and installation for conformance to specifications.
Repairs and maintains sheet metal products.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
To direct small crew of workers (1 to 5) in the installation or fabrication of sheet metal components, determine amounts of consumable materials needed to maintain predetermined production rates and coordinate purchase and delivery of materials to job site with foreman.
Skills/Qualifications:
College or A.B.C. program certificate; or three to five years related experience or training. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra, trigonometry and geometry.
Electrician
Maintains electrical service by diagnosing and repairing electrical problems.
Duties:
Organizes work by receiving and studying work orders; gathering tools and supplies.
Diagnoses electrical problems by studying diagrams, manuals, and specifications; troubleshooting systems; conducting tests.
Repairs electrical problems by replacing faulty parts and components.
Maintains electrical systems by conducting system tests; completing preventive maintenance requirements;
Keeps supplies ready by placing orders.
Maintains safe work environment by following standards and procedures; complying with codes..
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading technical publications.
Accomplishes maintenance and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

HVAC Technician
Maintains HVAC Equipment by maintaining, servicing an diagnosing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment; maintaining records.
Duties:
Performs service calls and maintenance calls scheduled by dispatcher, writes out service tickets, maintains truck inventory;
must be able to read drawings, and blueprints, work well with a team setting.
Maintains HVAC systems by diagnosing, repairing/replacing compressors, condenser motors, evaporator motors, metering
devices, temperature and humidity controls, fans, control panels, switches, fuses, filters, gauges, ducts, piping, tubing,
and related components; completes power connections.
Tests and repairs HVAC systems by operating the systems; identifying malfunctions; repairing or replacing, parts,
and components.
Keeps tools and equipment operating by following operating instructions; performs troubleshooting on breakdowns; maintains
supplies; performs preventive maintenance; places calls for repairs.
Documents actions by completing equipment records.
Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations.
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading technical publications.
Accomplishes maintenance and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

HVAC Mechanical Designer
-Individual to be experienced in Heating, Ventilating and Air Conditioning (HVAC) practices.
-Must contain knowledge in all disciplines of the industry
*Design of any type of cooling or heating system
-Manufacturing
-Project Design
-Refrigerant piping
-Water piping
-Ductwork
*Design of control and power systems that are part of a total mechanical system or manufactured unit
*Knowledge of Auto Desk Inventor or Auto Cad LT 2004
Job Description:
- Knowledge of the design of manufactured and engineered products and services.
*Air Handling Units
*Pressurization Units
*Packaged Air Conditioning Units (air cooled and water cooled)
*Portable air conditioning and heating equipment
*Explosion proofing
*Skid mounted redundant systems
*Electrical power and control wiring systems
*Responsible and capable of producing complete fabrication drawings (Structural steel,
fabricated steel and electrical)
*Responsible and capable of producing complete fabrication and electrical modifications of
design and fabrication drawings.
*Capable of generating a bill of material
Job Requirement:
- Possesses a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent job experience.
- Possesses general understanding in the areas of mechanical and HVAC systems design
- Possesses general working knowledge of structural design
- Ability to read and understand systems engineering drawings
- Must be quality oriented with the ability to multi-task
- Possesses leadership skills and team work attitude
- Effectively communicates relevant project information to team members
- Punctual, polite and professional manner required
- Strong organizational skills required.
