Custom Air Products and Services' New Industrial Grade Wall Mount Air Conditioning Unit

1. The unit's casing is fabricated from 16 gauge galvanized paint grip.
2. Access doors are fabricated from 18 gauge galvanized paint grip and insulated with 1" insulation for sound and condensate control.
3. All surfaces subject to condensation are insulated with 1" insulation.
4. Two (2) Copeland scroll compressors. Each compressor circuit shall have the following:
   1. Auto reset low pressure switch
   2. Auto reset high pressure switch
   3. Isolation valves liquid line filter dryer
   4. Thermostatic expansion valves
   5. High limit safety for heater elements
   6. 1 minute time delay between compressors turning on
   7. Liquid line filter dryer
   8. Sight glass
5. One (1) dual circuit evaporator coil.
6. One (1) dual circuit condenser coil.
7. Twin DWDI forward curved fans.
8. TEFC evaporator fan motor.
9. Direct drive condenser fan with TEFC motor.
10. Electric heater with thermal cutouts.
11. 304 stainless steel drain pan.
12. Control panel with the following features:
    1. Instrument transformer, 460-24 VAC with secondary circuit breaker
    2. Condenser fan motor contractor with thermal overload
    3. Evaporator fan contractor with thermal overload
    4. Electric heater contractor(s)
    5. Two (2) compressor contractors
    6. ACmax ETCLO-830 safety controller with the following features:
       • Microprocessor based controller
       • Random start of 0-60 seconds to avoid simultaneous start of several units after power interruption
       • Anti-short cycle timer delay (0,3,5 or 10 minutes)
       • Time delay of 30 seconds between the two compressors
       • Built-in automatic warning flag setting to monitor the fault for a period of 30 minutes from the first fault signal
       • Manual and automatic setting for compressor rotation
       • TRIAC output fault for alarm signal
       • LED status indicators (power and fault)
13. The units will be tested and witnessed at our facility at full load conditions to verify proper operation prior to shipment
