Three CAPS Employees Receive Certification from EnergyGuard USA

Houston, Texas (Marketwire) – January 26, 2010 – Custom Air Products and Services, Inc. (CAPS), one of the leading HVAC equipment manufacturers  in the Houston and Gulf Coast region, has
become the newest licensed holder of EnergyGuard, USA. The contract was signed December 3rd, 2009 and Certified Application Training took place the week of December 14th 2009.

EnergyGuard USA, specializes in protecting HVAC equipment with the highest standard coatings which extend the life of the equipment as well as protecting against corrosion. These coatings are applied only by EnergyGuard certified technicians, who have passed the recommended training.

Three CAPS employees, Jesus (Jesse) Escobedo, Mario Rivera and Miguel Fonseca participated in the four day training session held on the CAPS campus  December 15-18.  The sessions began with a theoretical followed by hands-on training which included:

Cleaning old coils and the frame from a roof top unit
Cleaning Copper coils
Coating coils with spraying EnergyGuard products
Coating frames with spraying EnergyGuard products
Flooding coils with EnergyGuard products using the flooding procedures

At the completion of the training session, it was determined that each of the CAPS employees fully understood the product and application protocol.  All three employees received certificates from EnergyGuard USA.
